Some vacuum storage bags on the market use an outdated air valve design with a silicone plate that can easily snap and block the air from being removed from the bags. Before deflating, please slightly move this silicone plate.
Doesn't the pump work with your storage bags?
This pump comes with an enlarged connector that is compatible with Vacuum Storage Bags' Outlet Valves less than 1.5 inches. If your vacuum bags' outlet valve is around 1.0 inch, you can remove the enlarged connector to achieve a more effective evacuation.

Enlarged Connector:
The pump comes with an enlarged connector that is compatible with most vacuum bags. If your vacuum bag's air valve diameter is around 1 inch, you can remove the enlarged connector. If the valve diameter is between 1 and 1.5 inches, you can attach the enlarged connector for optimal performance.
